Our scrapbook printing advice on picture editing: As we print scrapbook pages we often get asked if we can adjust the images to give you the best quality page possible. We can adjust the page as a whole but the machine that does our scrapbook printing does not let us individually adjust each picture. To make your pages optimized for scrapbook printing you need to adjust each picture on the page to look how you want, especially color and brightness. If you do this we can adapt our machine to give you the best possible print. For advanced settings in scrapbook printing we use the SRGB workspace and have profiled our printing to match it. Scrapbook printing pages should be designed at 300 dpi at the final scrapbook print size. Therefore, if you are printing a 12x12 you would create a new file in photoshop or elements and the sizes would be 12 inches by 12 inches and the resolution would be 300. This will optimize our scrapbook printing image quality.
